When applying for admission, applicants to the Admission Commission must submit notarized translations into Ukrainian of the following documents:

1. A copy of the passport document or document that identifies a stateless person.

2. Original and copy of the document (certificate, academic certificate, diploma) on previous education.

3. Original and copy of the document (attached to the diploma of education), which contains information on educational achievement.

4. A copy of the birth certificate.

5. Medical certificate on health condition, certified by the country’s official health authority and issued at least two months before entry into Ukraine.
